All of Almost Heaven’s orders are shipped via FedEx Ground,
UPS or USPS Priority Mail.
Heavy weight items or Special Shipping Items, such as
furniture or large area rugs require special packaging and additional freight.
Products which require additional shipping charges will have this mentioned in
the description of the item. The charges will be manually calculated and we will
email the charges to you for your approval before we process the order.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Most orders go out within 3-5 days of receipt. Please allow
between 7-10 business days for your packages to get to you. We take pride in
customer service and strive to expedite every order. Therefore, it’s important
to fill out contact information accurately. A confirmation of your order will be
e-mailed to you. If there is any problem, we will e-mail you
regarding the status of your order. Large orders or orders which include items
shipped directly from our suppliers may arrive in multiple boxes.

The shipping rates shown above exclude Heavy weight items
or Special Shipping Items and are valid for delivery within the United States.
Shipments to APO, ALASKA AND HAWAII are required to ship the EXACT shipping
rate. We will e-mail you with the rate. At the present time we do not ship
internationally.
Be sure to take advantage of our flat rate shipping once
you reach $100 or more worth of merchandise. We only charge a flat $16.95 for
shipping! Note that many of our items have other matching pieces available.
APO/FPO SHIPPING
We are happy to ship our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO
addresses. We send all shipments to APO/FPO addresses using the U.S. Postal
Service. When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note
of the following:
The City must be selected as either “APO” or “FPO”
The State must be selected as either “AA” “AE” or “AP”
You must enter your Zip code
Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or
unit number. Please note, orders shipped to an APO/FPO address do take longer to
be delivered. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive.
